Pushermania Independent Productions Promotions Procurements and Positive Positioning - This is where we post our scheisser
Alright, I’m posting more Alex Jones, I know, I know, but this one is on a subject very relevant to what we do here at Pushermania. Pushermania pushes dope music. We have an agenda like everyone has an agenda. We want to promote music that is out to change the world, or at the very least to bring some sort of joy to an under served community.
But the bottom line is we want dope music that is real and from the heart and is jammin’ and that’s all that’s it. It can be on a blank CDR, it can be on Soundcloud, it can be on tape or a vinyl box set, I don’t care, make the jams jam. I don’t care what kind of money is being dumped into the art, just lemme hear the art.
Anyway, Alex does kind of diss a lot of the music we love, in a sense in this, but he also is more talking about how the major labels will only fund the shit that has very little redeeming social value. How the media only chases the artists with said funding. And how that vicious circle leads to so much genuine music being swept aside to make room for the stuff that makes your brain rot and your instincts retreat.
Anyway, it’s the illuminati’s fault. Alex articulates this much better than me. Again I don’t believe in everything he is saying here, but he is not wrong. There is room for a lot more than what these devils are putting forth.

what is the proper protocol for introducing you to an new artist to work with?
Just email me on firstname.lastname@example.org but I’m not really looking for new artists to work with. I am always looking for new music to play on the show though.
Complex TV breaks down the Houston mega hit “Still Tippin’!” Got Matt “Pushermania” Sonzala up in there talking about it as well. It’s a lil under 15 minutes, give it a watch. You might learn something. In fact, I know you will learn something.
